To process a claim, we typically require the original death certificate, certified copies of the member and deceased's ID documents, and a burial order. You can submit these at your nearest branch or via email.
Most of our plans have a standard 3-month waiting period for natural death. For senior plans (Plan E, F, and J), the waiting period is 6 months. Accidental death is covered immediately upon payment of the first premium.
Yes, we have specific plans like Plan D, G, H, and I that are designed for extended families, covering up to 14 members depending on the selected package.
It is important to keep your premiums up to date. If a payment is missed, there is a grace period, but prolonged non-payment may lead to policy suspension or cancellation.
