1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to South African residents within the age limits specified for each plan. Accurate information must be provided during the application process.

2. Waiting Periods

All plans are subject to waiting periods as specified in your policy document. No claims will be paid for deaths occurring within the waiting period, except as otherwise stated for accidental death.

3. Premium Payments

Premiums must be paid monthly in advance. Failure to pay premiums may lead to the suspension or cancellation of your membership.

4. Claims

Claims must be submitted with all required documentation. We reserve the right to verify all claims before payment or service delivery.
